I find it sad that even though we are all more alike than different, somehow we fail to see that shared sameness. And thus, we fail to love. I'm so glad that God loves us. Looking around, (and inwardly) I'm amazed that He does, but then, He's that kind of God. I guess that's the point of the old hymn. Amazing Grace, indeed.

Wow, what a strange little time capsule. As you know I started at Cherokee in 1977 so you were already gone, but my brother was of course there when you were shooting this footage. Doubtless I know some of the people who walked through those frames of film. Strange to see the Howell's Drive-In sign after all this time. Thanks for taking the time to put that together.
